At Eklipse, we’re always evolving to provide streamers and content creators with an innovative way to create more content in no time.

Our AI technology revolutionizes content creation by processing hours of a stream into dozens of clips in just a minute.

In today’s Eklipse update, we’re excited to announce that you can now upload your gameplay to Google Drive, and Eklipse will automatically generate engaging highlights using advanced AI technology.

So, what is this feature all about? Let’s dive in to learn more!

Streamline Your Content Creation with Eklipse

Say goodbye to manually scrolling through hours of your gameplay to find the best moments to highlight.

Eklipse’s new feature makes the content creation process fast, easy, and efficient. AI technology from our tools takes care of the rest when you upload your stream content.

Currently, Eklipse can only process streams online through Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook.

But with this new feature, anyone can now use our AI stream highlights tool, regardless of whether they stream on a platform that Eklipse does not yet support or are a gaming content creator who does not do live streams.

For example, if you stream on Kick, you can now easily upload your stream VOD to Eklipse and let its AI technology generate highlights for you, even though the platform is not yet supported.

The same goes for YouTube gaming content creators who are not live streamers. Instead of scrolling through hours of gameplay recording to find epic or funny moments, simply upload it to Eklipse and let our AI process it automatically!

How It Works

Once you’ve finished recording your gameplay, simply upload it to Google Drive, make the folder public, and copy the Google Drive link to Eklipse.

From there, our AI technology will analyze your content and identify the most engaging moments, automatically creating highlights that are  ready to be shared on social media!

Please keep in mind that there are some limits to your gameplay recording. Your gameplay recording should be under 5GB and 5 hours in duration. We support common video files formats such as .mp4, .mov, .flv, and .mkv.

Here are step-by-step instructions for creating AI Highlights using a local file with Eklipse.

Step 1: Record and Upload Your Stream File to Google Drive

  1. Record your gameplay using any screen recorder (e.g., OBS).
  2. Upload your video to Google Drive.
  1. Right-click on your uploaded video file and choose “Get link.”
  2. Choose “Anyone with the link” and “Editor” permissions under “General Access”
  3. Click “Done.”

Step 2: Processing Your Gameplay Recording in Eklipse

  1. Go to Eklipse.gg.
    • Sign up or log in.
  2. On the left side menu, click “Clips,” then “Streams.”
  3. Click the “Add Stream” button on the right side of the Eklipse interface.
  1. Paste your Google Drive link into the designated box.
  2. Select the game you recorded.
  3. Name your stream.
  4. Click “Use Google Drive”
  5. Click “Get Clip” below the uploaded VOD and you’re done!

Now all you need to do is wait and let the magic happen! Eklipse will process your recordings, and our AI will automatically generate highlights after a few minutes!
