For 480p @ 30fps: use 600 – 2,000 Kbps
For 360p: use 600 – 2,000 Kbps
Mode: CBR (default)
Keyframe Interval: 2 (recommended)
Preset: Very Fast (default)

Step 6: Start Live Streaming with XSplit Gamecaster
At this step, launch the game you want to record. Once you’re in the game, press Shift + Tab on your keyboard to open the XSplit Gamecaster overlay.
